Description
First introduced in 1945 as the first self-winding wristwatch to show the date in a window on the dial, the Rolex Datejust remains one of the most recognisable watches ever made. The Datejust 41 reference 126333 carries this heritage forward in Yellow Rolesor, combining Oystersteel with 18k yellow gold. The 41mm Oyster case is framed by the signature fluted gold bezel and is water-resistant to 100 metres. Its slate sunray dial with green Roman numerals outlined in gold has earned it the nickname “Wimbledon,” after Rolex’s long association with the Championships, and a Cyclops lens magnifies the date at 3 o’clock. Inside is the Calibre 3235, a Superlative Chronometer with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. The watch is presented on a five-link Jubilee bracelet with an Oysterclasp and Easylink comfort extension. It is a timeless Datejust with one of the most sought-after dials in the collection.
